OMNR asked that any reduction below 300 m³/s be done as early as possible following the A-C shutdown on May 1 to benefit the walleye.

(In addition, Keith Kirkham called to say they need 350 m³/s for 7 hours on May 1 to run paper machines without incurring May capacity charge. Taken under consideration.)
