The average lake level declined by 1 cm (0.5 in) over the past week and is expected to decline by up to 2 cm (1 in) over the next week. Lake of the Woods outflow will increase to 375 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/s on Thursday, December 15 and again to 400 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/s on Monday, December 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of these outflow increases will cause the level of the Winnipeg River to rise by 6 cm (2 in) downstream of the Norman Dam, 3 cm (1 in) at the Dalles and will cause no level changes at Minaki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current level of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/lwcb.ca\/pdf\/LacSeul.pdf\">Lac Seul<\/a>\u00a0is 355.91 m (1167.7 ft), a 30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0percentile level for this time of year. The lake level declined by 2 cm (1 in) over the past week and is expected to decline by 6 to 8 cm (3 to 4 in) over the next week.
