The average lake level&nbsp;changed little&nbsp;over the past week and is expected to fall by 1 to&nbsp;3&nbsp;cm (1 in) over the next week.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lake of the Woods authorized outflow&nbsp;will be reduced from&nbsp;120&nbsp;to 100&nbsp;m<sup>3<\/sup>\/s&nbsp;on Thursday September 2.&nbsp; The level of the Winnipeg River immediately below&nbsp;the Norman&nbsp;Dam is expected to drop by 3 cm (1 in) in response.&nbsp; Areas&nbsp;farther downstream will observe a smaller level change.&nbsp; The level at Minaki will not be affected by this flow change.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current level of Lac Seul is 355.55&nbsp;m (1166.5&nbsp;ft), a 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;percentile level for this time of year.
