The average lake level remained stable over the last week and is expected to remain relatively stable increasing up to 3 cm (1 in) or decreasing 1 cm (&lt;0.5 in). Lake of the Woods authorized outflow is 150 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/s. With Winter approaching, outflow increases are planned to meet minimum flow requirements on the Winnipeg River. Lake of the Woods outflow will increase as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>175 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/s Friday November 15<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/s Tuesday November 19<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>225 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/s Thursday November 21<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of these outflow increases will cause levels along the Winnipeg River to increase as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 cm (1.5 in) directly downstream of the Norman Dam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cm (&lt;0.5 in) above the Dalles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The water level at Minaki will not be impacted by these outflow changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The current level of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/lwcb.ca\/pdf\/LacSeul.pdf\">Lac Seul<\/a>\u00a0is 356.01 m (1168.01 ft), a 20<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0percentile level for this time of year. The lake level decreased 3 cm (1 in) and is expected to decrease by 1 cm to 4 cm (&lt;0.5 to 1.5 in) over the next week, depending on rainfall.
